General Conditions at Hotel Liliana
The confirmation email and the following confirmation deposit constitute a “contract” between the guest and the hotel; both parts have to comply with every point. Any successive modification will have to be communicated and will be subject to evaluation.
Not consumed meals in the hotel, as per clients’ choice, won’t be discounted. A packed lunch can be requested as an alternative to the meal in the hotel.
Rooms are available from 13.00 on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10.30 on the departure day.
If Guests need to check in or out at irregular times, it is possible to leave luggage at the reception.
The room is reserved upon payment of 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay; it can be transferred via bank transfer or credit card.
The beach service starts from the morning you arrive until the day prior to the departure.

The balance can be paid by credit card, cheque or cash for sums not exceeding 1999.00 euro.
